Commission Payments

a.                X% of the Minimum Tuition Fees paid by the student if the number of students sent to ACL by the AGENT is less than ten.

b.                Y% of the Minimum Tuition Fees paid by the student if the number of students sent to ACL by the AGENT is between eleven and twenty.

c.                Z% of the Minimum Tuition Fees paid by the student if the number of students sent to ACL by the AGENT is above twenty one.

 

2.      Payments shall be made only on receipt of invoice, which must include the student’s name, student ID number (or date of birth), the courses of study and commencement date.

 

3.      All prospective ACL students and the AGENT are encouraged only to use the online application, less exceptional cases. In the case of an online application, the students must enter the Agent ID for the recommending agent or representative on top of the Student Application Form AF-501.  Failure of the AGENT to ensure this entry is made will be considered as the application to have been made outside the recommendation of the AGENT; therefore it will not warrant any commission to the AGENT. ACL shall not pay a commission if the student had already submitted an application form to ACL without the AGENT’s involvement.
