Commission Payments
For each individual student ‘admitted’ to Anglian College London who has secured a visa and has been sent by a recruitment partner for further registration procedures at the College, ACL will pay to the partner a professional fee (commission) amounting to a percentage of the Minimum Tuition Fees paid by or on behalf of the student for his/her academic courses, but NOT on any moneys paid after their arrival at ACL, at the following rates:

Your commission is calculated as a percentage of the amount that you make your students pay before they arrive at the College, thus:

Your commission is calculated as a percentage of the amount that you make your students pay before they arrive at the College, thus:
A% - if only one student is sent in an intake of the year after this agreement begins or is renewed.
B% - if 2 to 9 students are sent in an intake.
C% - if 10 or more students are sent in an intake.
D% - if 20 or more students are sent in an intake, and you have been a good partner for at least last two years. This rate is not automatic; it requires separate confirmation by the College before it can come into effect.

C% - if 10 or more students are sent in an intake.
D% - if 20 or more students are sent in an intake, and you have been a good partner for at least last two years. This rate is not automatic; it requires separate confirmation by the College before it can come into effect.
At the request of the UKBA we now structure our commission payments to reward agents for sending good students. 95% of your commission becomes payable once your students have registered at the College and begun to attend classes, with the remaining 5% withheld until they complete their first year of study with adequate attendance and pass their exams.
You will not be paid a commission on students who have their visa refused – we need you to work hard to ensure that you recruit only students that are likely to secure a visa. We will also not pay commission on any fees refunded as a result of initial overpayment. In order to claim commission for a particular student it must be clear that you did indeed provide a substantial service in bringing College and student together.
Normally you will stake your claim by ensuring that Section 4.2 of the College’s online Application Form reads ‘I was recommended by [your name]’ and by helping the student to send us all necessary documents. Please submit an invoice to the College, which we will normally pay by international bank transfer.
