 ------------------------------------------------------------------------

The agents are reputable and selected individuals, groups of people or companies that have signed a formal contract with Anglian College London and volunteered themselves into a binding 'Recruitment Agency Agreement' that allows them to advise and recruit students on behalf of the College.

Depending on the regions or countries, the agents might be called representatives for the College, Education Consultants, Consultancies or Overseas Student Advisors. All prospective students must ensure that they are only dealing with current agents of Anglian College London and that their contracts have not been cancelled or unilaterally or mutually terminated.

ACL agents have been issued with a authorisation certificate/letter for a maximum period of 2 years. They are also listed on the College website as the Current ACL Representatives. If you have any doubt, please write to admissions@angliancollege.co.uk and ask whether the agent is still valid and if it would be good idea to seek advice from it.

The agents whose contracts have been cancelled or terminated will have their names listed on our website under Former ACL Representative list. You should avoid coming through the consultancies that have had their contracts terminated or published under this list.

It is very unlikely for an approved agent of Anglian College London to get involved in such unprofessional activities. This would not only mislead you but also jeopardise your chance of coming to London to join us and obtaining quality education at affordable fees. We advise you to report the issue to one of our Admissions Officer and seek help for an alternative agent in your country or direct application to the College.

The relationship of our agent with an applicant is entirely independent to that with the College. The College has little or no say on how much an agent should charge its students. It is a separate contract between them and you as a student and we advise you to clarify with them before commencing with their service. In many countries, the associations of such consultants have set a fixed fee scheme which the member agents voluntarily accord to.

The College is not responsible for the relationship between the two of you. However, if you inform us of any wrongdoing by them and the findings of our investigation convinces us that they have indeed been involved in unscrupulous activities; we may invoke our rights to enquire them or unilaterally terminate our contract. We ask you to send all evidences of such activities of the agent in question to us to help in our decision. In some cases, we may award you for your contribution in our attempt to prevent our students from such undue activities.

We take such activities seriously, therefore, would appreciate if you could collect evidences and send them to us immediately for our perusal.

Please report the issue in details with sufficient evidences as soon as possible to the College. We will appreciate your effort and try and see how we can be of help to you.
