Accessing Website with Ease - W3C Guidelines
Anglian College London is constantly working towards creating websites and other publishing materials that are close to complying with Priority 2 of the W3C Web Content Accessibility Guidelines
We are continually making improvements to meet these guidelines, and our website has been designed with the following accessibility guidelines at essence:

All our pages are designed so that they can be viewed at a screen resolution of 800x600 pixels.
All pages follow a standard structure led by bold header elements.
The website uses a magnifier mechanism for the ease of change in font size in a webpage. Users will only need to click on the different sized letter ‘A’ on the top right corner of each page.
The whole website has maximised the use of Cascaded Styles Sheet (CSS) on our website, with relative font sizes on all text except graphical text.
Images that convey important information have alternative text. Where an image is used for a decorative purpose the alternative text will be left blank.
No information is exclusively conveyed using colour.
We have incorporated a powerful site map, which will easily provide information about the layout of the website at the first sight.
Downloading Documents – PDFs, Flash, WinZip etc.
The website also consists of a download page which lists most popular download sites such as Adobe (for Acrobat, Flash) and WinZip for the users’ convenience.
Browser Compatibility
Our websites support most recent standard browser versions. The following browsers are supported on Windows platforms only (NT4, 95, 98, ME, 2000, XP) not on Macintosh computers.
Internet Explorer v7.0
Firefox v2.0
Netscape 6.2+
