The College shall, at its discretion, be entitled to affect or alter, if it considers necessary, the timetables, locations, number of classes, numbers of students in a course, tuition fees and structure of syllabus, or to make variations, combine tuition for similar courses, or discontinue any programme or course of study.  In the event that the College cancels or changes over 70% of a programme's contents before it begins, the College will try to inform the students and tutors affected at the earliest opportunity via its website, by email, verbally, or in writing.  Students, upon their writing within 30 days of such action, will be awarded a refund less administration fees.

While every effort has been taken to ensure the accuracy of information in its prospectus and website, the College accepts no responsibility for unintentional errors and omissions therein.
