Opening UK Bank Account
Nearly everyone in the UK has a bank account. As a student at Anglian College London, you would be wise to open an account with one of the main high street banks.

You are of course free to open account(s) with any bank you wish. However, the process tends to be bureaucratic, and sometimes students hit problems because they don't have utility bills or other documents that banks like to see. So, as part of our student services, Anglian College will assist you by writing a letter of introduction to your chosen bank. A popular choice among our students has been Lloyds TSB, who will normally open an account for you very quickly when you go to them with College's letter. Since the College itself has its account there, this may also make paying fees safer and quicker.
Please let Admissions know details of your chosen account as soon as it is ready and functional.
