Resources and Facilities in Woolwich Campus
Woolwich Campus of Anglian College London boasts a number of facilities for the use of its students. You may be interested in some of the important features of the campus shown below.

Free Internet Access
The Campus is connected to a high speed Internet gateway, which allows unlimited broadband access to the world wide web. As internet has become the most important of all research media, students will find it quite useful for personal research in their own time.
Computer Laboratories and Wireless Access
The computers are provided for the use of all Anglian College London students. You may be asked at times to produce your Student ID Card by one of the members of staff. The use of computers and associated IT facilities is governed by various college policies, procedures and temporary notices communicated to you through different media including your computer dashboard.
Student Common Area
The common area is available to students for having a break, taking snacks or gettings their heads together to discuss topics of interest. There are a few computers available in this area, with fast network access, that have become handy tools for students when the labs are busy for lecturing. A drinking water bowser is also provided here for everyone's use.
Library
The College library or Reference Suite is available in this campus which contains a comprehensive list of study texts and other reference materials. The College strives to ensure that for every lesson delivered on campus a text book is available in the Reference Suite for students to borrow and read, to decide about purchasing a copy elsewhere for their use. We strongly recommend that you buy books for the courses you are pursuing. When you successfully move to higher level of studies, you may wish to sell your books exactly the way you bought them in the first place, thus losing little or no money in the process. The books can be loaned on a day loan basis, however, discretion is shown to students facing exams who may be allowed to keep them for the weekends.
Intranet
The Intranet provides a very convenient way of accessing resources such as lecture notes, reference materials, syllabuses and other useful downloads. It offers additional facilities such as chat, forum and questionnaire, as well as an instant messaging service that allows students to talk to each other while online. Instant messaging has become a popular tool among our students who want to say something to their friends in other room without having to physically move or shout. Access to the Intranet is currently limited to fully registered students of the College. If you are a registered student of the College, please contact the IT Administrator or one of the Admission Officers for your access credentials.
Printing
Your network access credentials allow you to print materials of your interest while on College premises. You may print an unlimited number of copies of your work by topping up your print credits by contacting the College Office.
Photocopying Facility (Urgent and not breaching CLA licence concept)
The College provides a photocopying facility limited to urgent and official use. Personal use of photocopier is not at present possible because of copyright legal restrictions and the need to control unauthorised copying of protected materials. Students may copy their materials in one of the commercial photocopying outlets available in the town centre.
Drinking Water
The premises have a good tap water supply on all floors. London mains water is generally safer than the expensive bottled version sold in shops. You are advised to drink water from only those taps that deliver water direct from the mains.&nbps; If in doubt about a particular tap, please ask.
Snacks and Food
Due to the very close proximity of the College to affordable local shops and cafes, we encourage you to shop around for the most affordable cafes for your lunchtime snacks and foods. Some cafes may offer discounts if you mention you are a student at Anglian College, but note that it is not compulsory for them to do so and this is one point where bargainin skills may come in handy.
